Scrap Whispers Challenge #16

I have been following along at Scrap Whispers this year. We are nearing the end of my first "whisper" and I can't await the reveal! Every week there are additional challenges. When you participate, your name gets thrown in the hat for a rak. This week, Nilsa challenged us all into making a Card, Tag or ATC (artist trading card) with 3 components - Glitter, Hearts and Felt.
