Vote for me PLEASE!!!!!!!!

Welcome to the end of WEEK 5 at Scrap-Friendzy's Camp Friendzy. This week's challenge was called "MESS HALL". The challenge was to find trash or recycling items for your page. We needed at least 2 items. I used bottled water caps and smashed them with a hammer then added color to them using some alcohol inks (these are the flowers). Under two of the flowers are the left over spool parts from some ribbon that I used for another project. I also found some amusement park tickets in the recycling bin and they were the right color for my project here:
Don't you just love this Echo Park Paper? I just LOVE LOVE LOVE it!
Vote for me today and Sunday so that I can move on to the next round PLEASE!!!!!
VOTE HERE.
As always, thanks for looking and Happy Scrapping!

Happy Birthday Mom!

Today is my Mother's birthday. She is a fantastic woman and a Peacemaker in the family. She has a great sense of humor too. Although she lives about an hour from me, I sure do wish at times she lives right next door so I could visit with her everyday...especially so we can play Bananagrams....and then I can tease her (gant away now people....**Snicker**)
Anyways...HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOTHER!
Isn't this paper AWESOME!?!?!? Echo Park Paper.....it rocks!

Camp Friendzy Fun at Scrap Friendzy!

Now I don't know what possessed me last week using all of these buttons but they just "fit" with what i was doing. One of the bonus challenges was a Recipe challenge. These were the requirements: Black ink (around the edges of the double pagerRubons (blech...the words: a few of my favorite, SMILE, and the words along the right and left edges)Handwritten journalling (on the blue flower spot)Cardstock: Orange and light greenMatted photos: the ones on the orange cardstockTorn Edges: the orange cardstock
The following bonus challenge was "letters home". The requirements here were to use stuff from your stash, old stuff, not new to create some cards. Check out the old c r a p I dug up as far as paper is concerned. Why on earth do I keep this stuff? The digital stamp is from the Digi Shack.
And this bonus challenge was to follow a magazine ad that was shown. It was for good nights diapers and this is what I came up with:
There have been so many great challenges and games going on this summer. I am totally getting caught up with my stuff! Thanks for looking and happy scrapping!
